HYBRID 1.0
Hybrid 1.0 is for anyone wanting to train hard and last - whether you're done with programs that build strength while neglecting how you actually move, or you've got the lifting down but your conditioning, mobility and stability haven't kept up. The focus is the full picture: strength, power, conditioning, plus the loaded mobility and control that keep you training consistently. Because being strong only matters if your body keeps showing up to use it.
TRAINING STYLE:
Cardiovascular FitnessStrengthStabilityMobility
PROGRAM GOAL:
Stay strong while training what most programs miss - stability, loaded mobility, rotation, multi-planar movement, power and conditioning - without living in the gym. Phase 1 of the Hybrid series: establish the baseline you'll build off over 8 weeks.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
For everyday athletes who want to be strong and resilient - training power, mobility, rotation and cardio alongside strength, without 3-hour sessions. Start here if you want a complete hybrid base, or you've built strength but neglected the rest. Phase 1 of 3, leading into Hybrid 2.0.
WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM:
Phase 1 of the Hybrid series - strength plus stability, mobility, rotation, power and conditioning most programs skip, without long sessions. 8 weeks: progressively overload your main lift across two 4-week accessory blocks. Train 3 days: Mon Lower + aerobic, Wed Upper, Fri Posterior + anaerobic. Each day = a 10–15 min Prep + a 45–60 min Strength & Conditioning block. Week 1 sets your baseline.
SAMPLE SESSIONS:

1
SESSION DESCRIPTION
Start here. Today's prep wakes up your lower body — hips, glutes, ankles — and primes the patterns you'll load in your main session. Take 10–15 minutes here. Move with intent, not speed. Quality prep = quality session. Once completed, move to your strength session.

SESSION DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Rebuildr’s Hybrid Program. Designed to keep you strong, while training all the things most programs typically miss: stability, loaded mobility, rotation, multi-planar movement, power and cardiovascular fitness and endurance (without keeping you in the gym for 3 hours).
For the duration of these 8 weeks, you will progressively overload your compound lift of each session, while working through 2x 4 week blocks of accessories which we will progressively overload via reps, sets or load each week.
Week 1-4 = Block 1
Week 4-8 = Block 2
Monday = Lower + Aerobic Conditioning (steady pace, longer efforts)
Wednesday = Upper
Friday = Posterior + Anaerobic Conditioning (short and fast efforts)
Each day will have 2x sessions: 1. Prep (start here - this should take no longer than 10-15 minutes) 2. Strength and Conditioning (after prep, commence your session. This should take no longer than 45-60 minutes).
This week is about establishing your baseline. For each movement, select a moderate load — one that either leaves 2–3 reps in the tank at the end of each set, or one that challenges your stability (for movements where control matters more than weight). For your compound lift (A2) specifically, please complete 1–3 warm-up sets of increasing load before commencing your prescribed working sets. This is the load we'll build off of for the next 7 weeks. Prioritize movement quality over everything else.
Your strength sessions should take ~45-60 minutes. If it is taking you longer than 60 minutes, reduce set or rep numbers.
