HYBRID 2.0
Hybrid 2.0 is for anyone with a hybrid base who's ready to expand the engine - whether you've come through 1.0 and want more, or you've got the foundations in place and you're ready to push them harder. The focus is producing more force, absorbing more force, and holding form under fatigue, with conditioning layered in across the week. Because a body that can produce, absorb and control force when it's tired is what resilient actually means.
TRAINING STYLE:
Cardiovascular FitnessStrengthPower and AgilityStabilityMobility
PROGRAM GOAL:
Expand the engine. Building off 1.0, Hybrid 2.0 layers in more force production, more force absorption and training under fatigue - because a body that can produce, absorb and control force when tired is truly resilient. Phase 2 of the Hybrid series.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
For athletes who've built a hybrid base (ideally in Hybrid 1.0) and want more. If you're ready to expand your engine - producing more force, absorbing more force and performing under fatigue, with conditioning added across the week - this is your next phase. Phase 2 of 3, leading into Hybrid 3.0.
WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM:
Phase 2 of the Hybrid series - builds off 1.0 to expand your engine: more force production, more absorption, more work under fatigue. 8 weeks, main lift progressively overloaded across two 4-week accessory blocks. Train 4 days: Mon Lower + aerobic, Wed Upper, Fri Posterior + anaerobic, Sat Full Body Conditioning. Each day = a 10–15 min Prep + a 45–60 min Strength & Conditioning session.
SAMPLE SESSIONS:

1
SESSION DESCRIPTION
Start here. Today's prep wakes up your lower body — hips, glutes, ankles — and primes the force production and absorption patterns you'll load in your main session. Take 10–15 minutes here. Move with intent. The end of each prep is focused on power — prioritize quality reps and consistent power output across every rep. We're not working into fatigue here; we do that later in the session.

B2)Hip Opener With Thoracic Rotation (Half Kneeling)
1x8

B3)DNS Start Plank with Reach To Cross Connect
1x8

C)Lateral Banded Lunge Jumps

SESSION DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Rebuildr's Hybrid 2.0. Building directly off the foundation laid in 1.0, this program expands your engine — layering in more force production, more force absorption, and training under fatigue. Because a body that can produce, absorb, and control force when it's tired is a body that's truly resilient.
For the duration of these 8 weeks, you will progressively overload your compound lift of each session, while working through 2x 4 week blocks of accessories which we will progressively overload via reps, sets or load each week.
Week 1-4 = Block 1
Week 5-8 = Block 2
Monday = Lower + Aerobic Conditioning (steady pace, longer efforts)
Wednesday = Upper
Friday = Posterior + Anaerobic Conditioning (short and fast efforts)
Saturday = Full Body Conditioning (continuing to expand both aerobic and anaerobic capacity)
Each day will have 2x sessions: 1. Prep (start here - this should take no longer than 10-15 minutes) 2. Strength and Conditioning (after prep, commence your session. This should take no longer than 45-60 minutes).
This week is about establishing your baseline for a new wave of movements. For each exercise, select a moderate load — one that either leaves 2–3 reps in the tank at the end of each set, or one that challenges your stability and control (for movements where quality matters more than weight). For your compound lift (A2) specifically, please complete 1–3 warm-up sets of increasing load before commencing your prescribed working sets. This is the load we'll build off of for the next 4 weeks. Expect to feel new demands as we layer in more force production, absorption, and fatigue — prioritize movement quality over everything else.
