I help active adults who work out regularly overcome persistent pain by integrating rehab into their workouts to restore strong, confident movement without recurring flare-ups.
I help active adults who want to keep training and stay strong, but keep getting stuck in cycles of pain, flare-ups, or feeling like their body can’t handle the intensity they want.
Training and rehab shouldn’t be separate. Most people don’t need to stop working out — they need to learn how to move, load, and progress in a way their body can actually tolerate. It’s why I focus on full-body strength, movement quality, and progressive loading instead of just chasing symptoms.
Before clients feel “fully back,” they usually first learn how to move without constantly triggering symptoms. Then they build confidence in loading their body again without fear of flare-ups. Eventually, they’re able to train consistently, handle more intensity, and trust their body to keep up with the workouts and lifestyle they want.
We'll start with a thorough 1:1 assessment to understand your movement, strength, and pain patterns. From there, I create a customized program tailored to your specific needs, with frequent online and video check-ins to provide guidance, track progress, and adjust your program as you improve.
I’m a sports chiropractor and rehab performance coach with a background in kinesiology, human performance, and years of hands-on training experience. I built my approach to bridge the gap between rehab and rebuilding a stronger, more resilient body. Too many people get stuck in “rehab purgatory,” doing exercises that never fully translate into real movement and lasting strength. I believe rehab and training should blend together to build a full-body foundation, not just fix one painful area. My goal is to help people understand their bodies, manage overall load, and come back stronger than before, using a holistic approach that looks beyond just the injury.
