Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people who felt frustrated, stuck, or unheard after going through the “cookie-cutter” physical therapy experience. That approach never sat right with me - because you’re not broken and you’re certainly not generic. This is different. My approach looks at the whole person. We don’t just chase quick fixes. Instead, we dig deeper to understand why your pain started, how your training, lifestyle, stress, recovery all play a role, and what your body actually needs to move forward - stronger, more confident, and more resilient than before.
After our initial discovery call where I'll get a detailed, holistic outline of your current limitations, training style, and goals; you'll complete a comprehensive movement assessment on your own. From there, your individualized exercise program will be made and we'll be in communication every step of the way to ensure we are making progress towards your goals. Working with me is collaborative and individualized!
Originally from Philadelphia, PA, I graduated from High Point University with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I rowed competitively in high school, which is where I developed an injury that lead me down the path of pursuing physical therapy as a career. In my free time, I love watching the sunrise, going for a run with my friends, and vanilla iced lattes!
