I begin with a comprehensive assessment of where you are currently at - your current exercise routine, your lifestyle, injury history and of course your goals. This is followed by a movement assessment so I can analyze any limitations and current tissue capacity to exercise. I then build out an individualized program (the most important part) focusing on your goals.
Throughout your program we will be in constant communication - we will have 1:1 video sessions as well as messaging for any questions or concerns you have so its easy to change your program on the fly if needed.
