I help active adults with persistent knee and back pain train holistically to become more resilient versions of themselves for the long term.

About Me
Welcome! My name's Megan. I grew up an avid swimmer and outdoors explorer. As I gained a passion for medicine, my interests in health and fitness collided. I became a physical therapist to serve my community through pain and injury. I saw the time/insurance/referral gaps in traditional U.S. rehab and wished I could be more accessible to my patients. I now am an online rehab coach which has granted me the ability to serve clients long term with drastically minimized barriers to care.
Training Style
Megan is a natural educator and will guide you through your rehab program with the mindset that practice and repetition are key to growth. She integrates body awareness to your movements in the gym, at home, or at work to help you become stronger and more resilient to pain wherever you are. During your time working together, you will likely learn how to interpret signals from your body, and how to make changes based on those signs and symptoms. She believes your body was Made to Move and wants to help you live your life to a fuller potential, starting with fitness.
Who Do I Help?
Megan loves to work with people who are determined to become stronger, more capable, higher functioning versions of themselves. Those who will work to overcome obstacles, and commit to following a plan on their own time.
This may be for those that want to improve their longevity, or for those young adults wishing they could get back in the gym or on the trail without having so much pain. This could also be for the adult who wants to feel more confident and prepared for whatever life throws at them next. Megan is all about reducing the chance of injury.
How Do I Help?
As a rehab and training coach Megan is your guide, your mentor, your consul. She gives you direction and adapts your program to fit your needs at every corner through regular communication. This approach gives you the tools to succeed, as long as you are putting in the effort to make a positive change in your life. Megan doesn’t offer in person services at this time, and most training is done asynchronously.
Working With Me
Once we've determined we're a good fit, we will start with an in-depth tell-all call. This is when you get to share the ins and outs of what your pain or fitness difficulty is and I'll guide us through a conversation to learn how best I can help you.
From there, I assign physical assessments to gather data on how you move. I review those videos and curate a training program to address your needs. Programming then builds based on your feedback and progress.
